Desired Profile

Responsible to provide technical leadership across projects in area of pre-silicon and post-silicon validation: must be able to juggle multiple threads and projects and be recognized as an expert by an extended team within Sankalp and customer.

Coordinator for all Sankalp staff at customer location.

Liaison between customer and Sankalp staff.

Responsible for team technical output.

Act as a consultant / trouble-shooter across multiple projects, should be hands-on when necessary.

Manage projects as and when required (on need basis).

Additionally: responsible to mentor, guide and train engineering staff at Sankalp as required.

Expertise in the area of SoC verification (Verilog/C/ASM) and IP verification (SV/UVM), including automation, code-coverage, etc

Indepth knowledge of ARM SoC HW and SW architectures, components, peripherals, buses and interconnects.

Knowledge of HW/SW interfaces and interactions.

Knowledge of SoC SW: boot, kernel, BSP, firmware, application.

Knowledge of model based verification.

(Desirable) Knowledge of performance bottlenecks, benchmarking, system/HW/SW optimizations.

(Desirable) Some experience with software-development and debug; standard GNU/Linux tool chain: GCC, GIT, GDB etc
